No... never run on consecutive days unless you have been running for a good long time at least a year...)

The rest days are non negotiable in this programme:)

Finish this first..then there is so much to choose form, beginning with consolidation of the 30 minute runs and carrying on building the running muscles.. then loads of ideas here..

Well done. Hope I'm still running when I'm 68 (20 more years)!

Also try running naked 😊 Without music and just listen, look what is around you (especially if you run in the country).

If you miss the programme you can always run with w9 lots of people have the later weeks to run with.

There are so many variations and things to run with - books, podcasts, zombie runs, nothing. And places to run - first thing in my holiday packing is running kit! I've been here over 5 years and still learning!

I am about to start week 11 tomorrow!

I have swapped coaches from Laura to Michael Johnson, got a new playlist, mixing up my routes a bit, and still telling myself that I am on the programme, but beyond😊

Otherwise I have been tempted to "only do 20-25 minutes ", admittedly these thoughts seem to be during the first 10-15 minutes, after that I'm on the home stretch which always seems easier.

I am also thinking about running to an audio book, see how that feels.

Great that you are progressing so well, enjoy it and look forward to your graduation in May 😊
