It’s been a tough week and haven’t run for 10 days, due to Mother in law having a heart attack and spending my days driving through London traffic to Hospital ( 90 mins to drive 11 miles) much more painful than running. But despite really not feeling up to it I pushed myself through to 30 mins. I feel better now and can’t wait to finish c25K hopefully Friday.

Sorry about your mother in law having a heart attack, however, you could run that distance at sub 25 minute pace, that would take you around 1 hour 29 minutes, you say it's more painful than running, stuck in traffic is no joy. I just hope your mother in law recovers and you can get back to running.

Wishing you and mum-in-law all the very best. Running is such a great way of removing the stresses at such times. Good luck with your graduation run, although I’m sure you won’t need it.
Hope Mum-in-law is back home and recovering .... all the best on friday - I'll look out for your Graduate badge!
