I did ask for it over a week ago - how long does it take?

I am not committed to a 5k parkrun on 16th April - it involves two long hill sections so will be a challenge, but I am determined! It is literally on my doorstep so I have no excuse not to do it every week!

Thanks everybody. I actually wanted to run today and actually enjoyed it! Have got the bug, and feel wonderful that after all my years of vices I have finally found an addiction that is good for me!! (And free!)
