Hiya, youโve started. Thatโs the ticket. I remember being there too six weeks ago. Keep going, the progress is amazing. I promise, just believe it. I struggled to run for one minute at the start. Now? Running 25 minutes straight. You can do it, just follow the plan. Take a look on U-tube at Hiroaki Tanaka, Slow Jogging. Itโs inspiring.
