On my second run of week 1, still a little achy from my first run. Did start to struggle a little on the last run, however its was up a hill like Ben Nevis ๐Ÿ˜ ready for my next one on Monday ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

I think it can be really helpful to include some uphill from the start - it makes it less scary!

Hiya, youโ€™ve started. Thatโ€™s the ticket. I remember being there too six weeks ago. Keep going, the progress is amazing. I promise, just believe it. I struggled to run for one minute at the start. Now? Running 25 minutes straight. You can do it, just follow the plan. Take a look on U-tube at Hiroaki Tanaka, Slow Jogging. Itโ€™s inspiring.
