I started this on a whim - and somehow I find myself fat, fifty five, week five and still going - seriously I’m off on my holidays next week snd need to know I can also get through week 5 - any wise words welcome.

You’re doing great - just need to stick with the plan - it really does work. Stay slow and steady - find your own pace and remember it’s not a race.

Hello RunUrgh1,

I managed WK6R2 whilst in St Ives Cornwall this week. I must say all the fish and chips i’d had and the hills there filled me with dread, but as Cside14 says, once you take the first step you’ll be back into your stride and enjoy it....and have a lovely holiday too!
