Did run one on week five yesterday's. was initially scared when I saw five minutes but it was doable at a slow pace. Hopefully will be better for run two

That 5 minutes thought is always a 'whoa 5 minutes?' brain freeze moment isn't it! Slow and steady is a definite mantra for week 5. Well done on nailing that first one. Keep it slow and number 2 should be in the bag before you know it. :)
