My face is red - I still take photos for myself to have an evidence for any potential bad days, when running could be a struggle and I wanted to give up... not saying that will happen but who knows!

My friend and I have a tradition whereby we send each other videos after each run

We didn’t think when we started but it’s a fab way of looking back!
