Well another outing successfully negotiated.

I’m amazed I’m doing this - I feel just grrrreat !

One more to do (on Friday) and hopefully, I will graduate 🎓 🤞

Already looking forward to moving on to my Phase 2 ... basically to keep doing more of what I’m doing and eventually reach 5k - that will be when I can keep going for about 45 mins 🐌🤣
