Anybody got any recommendations for running leggings with a pocket for phone? My hand gets cramp holding it, and it when I put it in the waistband of my leggings it just slips down after a while! Thanks in advance.

Try a lightweight belt... comfier:) Freetoo or similar... :)

I use a arm holder, they’re great. It’s like a pocket that you put you phone (and place for key) and wraps around upper arm

I've tried one, I found it uncomfortable.

I wear fabletics leggings and shorts- they have leg pockets

Decathlon offer some good running bottoms that have multiple pockets in and unless your phone is a large one several of these will first your phone in them.

I just bought myself a belt for that reason. I also got cramp in my shoulder on that side which has gone now. I find the belt a bit sweaty and have to have it quite snug or it rides up when I run but I wouldn't go back to holding my phone now! I have a pocket in my leggings USA pro but I wouldn't trust that my phone wouldn't jump out of them, so never used it

I use a belt for phone and sometimes keys if running and no one home.

I’m a fan of fabletics leggings and shorts, though only the shorts have a zip pocket I can put my phone in. I use a lightweight running belt when I'm wearing leggings which don’t have suitable pockets. I have an arm band pocket holder too, but I really don’t get on with it.

Good luck and have fun getting something (or a combination of somethings) that work for you 🙂

Running with a phone in hand is not good, and I wouldn’t recommend sticking it in your bra as seen sometimes at parkrun! I started with an arm band but found a flip belt is the best way of carrying my phone, along with keys and a small water bottle.

I have seen people wearing leggings with phone pockets but don’t know who makes them.

I bought some iuga leggings from Amazon. Pockets are good but the leggings are a bit thick

I use a flipbelt too!. All my leggings have a zipped pocket, and I love them, but it's at the back of the waist band so I can't be bothered with that.

In cooler weather I have a running jacket with zipped pockets, big enough for my phone.

I use New Balance Capri running tights / leggings. Older pair had one leg pocket and the newer pair have two. Works really well for keeping phone safe. I also have a Ron hill pair of Capri leggings with a phone pocket which are lovely and comfortable when running but bit pricey. I would definitely recommend this way of carrying a phone rather than in your hand. Happy running 🏃🏼‍♀️😊

I bought these from m&s under £30 and really comfy. Phone is very secure in the pocket .

Running belt! Light and flat and if you do it up fairly tight it doesn't flap about. I have room for my phone, a tissue, a disposable face mask (Just in case) and a tiny pack of raisins for energy on long runs, plus my keys! I love my belt but some people have them. I've even looked my neck buff round the strap when I've got too hot wearing it during the colder weather.

I use the thin belt which doesn't look like it will fit a phone but it is double pleated so fits well. I saw Fabletics website had a sports bra with pockets on the racer back. Quite innovative design but things are quite pricey on that site. Check ebay for a cheap belt. Happy running!

I have this belt from Amazon: amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07...

It sounds like what Gememms has and is about a tenner. Once you've filled it, rotate it round your body so the pockets are at the back, and you don't notice you're carrying anything.

Not what you're looking for?
