Just did week 2 run 1 and feel great!

So pumped after this evening's session. Enjoyed it and love the rush afterwards :-) I am still running very slowly but I figured it's best to build up stamina and enjoy it and then worry about going faster when I can do the 30 minutes?

Huge well done!! We’ve just completed week 1 but I do plan on doing week 1 again this week. I feel great tonight as I managed to run uphill and could even speak to my husband (running partner) on our last two runs!!

Keep up the good work 👏🏻

Nice one! I live at the top of a very steep hill and week 1 run 1 I barely made it home, so I decided to drive somewhere a bit flatter. If you can do hills I'm impressed! I love this community too, people who share excitement for little bits of progress :-)

Yes we’ve tried driving other places but this is so close to home it’s nice finishing the run with home in sight 😂

Well done! And you’ve got it exactly right; take it slow and steady to build up your stamina and endurance. It doesn’t matter how slow you go; as long as you are making the movements of running, the program will work its magic! You are supposed to be able to hold a conversation without gasping. Good luck!

Well done ... stamina will help with speed later, so just go at your own pace sticking the program ... one will bring the other. The longer you run builds the stamina.

Enjoy that great feeling ... good isn’t it !!
