Having graduated two weeks ago. I haven’t run since. In fact I am sitting outside the physio to start treatment on my knee. Look after your body folks. I did as I was recommended and the strengthening/rest but knee really wasn’t happy. Achieving the 30 mins a bit hollow now. Hopefully I will be able to run again, albeit not soon. I’m quite sad about it. 😢

Big loves. And lots of healing vibes being sent directly to your knee 🙂
It will get better and you will run again. And its still fantastically brillantly marvellous that you graduated 🎉🎉🎉

Ahh, it's upsetting when you are injured, but do what the physio says and you will be back running soon.
I also developed an injury shortly after completing the programme.
I saw a sports physio, one of her first questions was "did you have problems with your knee before you started running...no, then we can fix this!".
A few exercises, the correct trainers 👌
