After a really busy and stressful week at work and a busy day yesterday this last run was probably the hardest of the lot! Only my coach Mr Frizzbomb got me out the door. My music was glitchy and my body was glitchy π«. Perhaps I should have allowed myself another rest day but soooo wanted to finish today. And I did π Soo proud of myself. Yes I did cry a bit at the end of the run when Laura said well done thatβs it, and raised my hands in triumph despite the other people around π. I cried again at the whoops and party poppers right at the end of the app π. Nice touch! So Iβve done it. My hubby is amazed but very proud too. Now for a couple of days resting doing what a stereotypical gran does - knitting π§Άπ
