Out of training going back to couch to 5k

its a Caucasian shepherd, they're really good, needs experienced handler though. my friend wanted one, I was like nope, can;t have that lol, I fostered one before to train 100kg and female, was good fun XXXXDD my dog is a bernese mountain dog, from 8 weeks to grown up, she's a cutie, loves the park-runs too
