I didn't run yesterday, I woke up and was tired, I'd hit one of my 10 mile bike trail courses on Thursday, I missed my target average speed of 10mph but managed a 9.5mph. I was pushing it a bit so I had an extra rest day.
This morning was totally different, up and about, a nice cup of green tea before I jumped on the treadmill.
Running stuff on, treadmill ready and off I went, a nice slow steady pace with added thought to make sure my breathing stays as it should.
28 minutes and week 8 done, week 9 starts on Monday.
