As the title says, I have sinned π. It's been a very rocky year or so and wasn't where I needed to be mentally let alone physically. I had put my running routine on the back burner.
Things got a little worse whilst in lock down. Managed to pull myself through it and literally turned myself head over heels and said have to get out of this. Found my running shoes and the comeback started!!!
It's now been almost 3 weeks and am over the moon today as I finally managed to get a nonstop 5k run. I can safely say it wasn't the easiest or structured runs I've done, but it was still 5K and continuous. ππ
Hoping to continue the momentum going and quoting Buzz Lightyear it has to be Up Up and away!!
Thanks for popping by.

I thought when I saw the heading that you had ran on consecutive days which in C25K is a sin, you have not been running for a short while is not considered to be a sin, congratulations on completing a 5K after a short break from running. π ππΎ
Hi saul - good to see you back on here and sorry that you have been going through a rough time.π I guess it's fair to say that life has been a bit surreal, hasn't it?
Anyway, brilliant that you pulled those running shoes on and have now worked your way back to 5k! ππ
There are still many familiar faces on this and the other two running forums.
Thank you all for the replies and kind words... Hopefully this will be a full time comeback and I'll be on here a lot more often, like the good old days.
