Ran later today as normal due having commitments early doors...
I struggled tbh.. but kept going...
Today started my Samsung app when run started and ended at cool down walk to gain true reflection on my distance....gutted as only managed 3.69km thought would be further than that...
Will be back to normal running time Friday so finger's crossed that will be better.. π€

I find it really hard to run later in the day - and that's after 3 years of running π Definitely prefer morning runs.
Do not worry about distance. Despite the very misleading name, this program is about time on your feet, nothing more. Most people are where you are. Distance and increased pace come later - if you wish. But for now your only goal is an injury free 30 minutes - and you're amost there now ππ
