Anyone else having really bad luck with the C25K at the moment or just me?!
During week 3 I started having issues with my right knee and ended up being unable to run for a few days (not great having knee problems in your 20ās haha!!). Once I felt my knee was better I continued week 3 however my knee started playing up again!š© Eventually I managed to complete week 3 and my knee seemed to be on the mend! Anyways, fast forward to today, I started week 4, which I also started with a nice new pair of running shoes! Unfortunately I had to stop after my first 5 minute run as I ended up with horrendous blisters and my calves all seized up to the point that I couldnāt even walk! I really am guttedš
Maybe these are all signs that Iām just not meant to be a runner?š¤£ I will let everything heal and will start the process again by redoing week 3...
