had to take a week off from running due to my partner accidently kicking a concrete post playing football with the godson 😫 we were gutted to have to take a break but we set off for wk8r1 today to see how he got on and we made it 😀🏃♂️🏃♀️ was worried we wouldn't after taking such a break but so happy it went really well didn't struggle at all 28 mind in the bag 😊
