So this morning ran my final run w9 r3 completed, so amazed that I actually done this, if there's one thing to be grateful for during lockdown then it's the fact it's allowed me to try & get fit. Questions I'm now asking myself have I done it correctly, am I running the right way, going fast enough, I feel I am as I'm sweating buckets lol, but even so I'm doing more now than I ever was before, so what now? Do I carry on running 30min or up it?

Congratulations! 🥳
well done - great feeling isn't it. Enjoy your running journey. I found consolidation hard - so dont be tough on yourself and just get to enjoying the running before you add time or distance pressures (I'm still finding the mental aspect of having no goal or structure difficult so will be joining a post 5k group to help me move on - Ju Ju's probably.
good luck
Congrats 🥳
Woohoo, congratulations! I finished on Friday and am going to try a few 30 minute runs on my own and see how I get on. Just see how you feel after a rest day and maybe venture out and see what happens.
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.
