To all those newbies out there I am proof that this programme works. It's taken me a lot longer than 9 weeks but after set backs I got the trainers back on and started again!
Week 9 Run 3 is in the bag, done, finito! First charity 5k done as is my first park run.
It's a life changer, I am now looking forward to my running days, and I never thought I would say that.
Joints are better, fitness is better and I'm feeling stronger. As I was told last week the human body is a machine that improves with use.
