Week 3 run 2 is complete! Today it was so difficult but I managed it!! 🥳🥳 I have to trust the programme but I honestly don’t know how one more WK3 run will prepare me for those 5 minute runs next week! 😱

Seriously, I think we all feel the same when we look ahead but as you said yourself, trust the program !

If you have completed a week YOU ARE. ready for the next week , your body knows it , it's just your head you need to convince 😁

I’ve just started week 4 and I felt the same this morning. It felt like a huge jump in running time. But believe me and trust the app. Now I’ve learned to pace myself and control my breathing I really did feel as though I could have carried on after the final 5 minute run.

It’s crazy how it works but if you told me after that first minute run on week 1 that i’d be not only running for 5 minutes straight but would be doing it twice in the same day I would have laughed and shook my head in disbelief. Now I can’t wait to get back out there on Monday to do it again. Each run takes me to my goal and each week I surprise myself with how much I’ve progressed in such a short time.

Take your time, pace yourself. You WILL do this!

Omg just completed the exact same run and feel the same😩convinced myself it was awful. Came home checked my stats and low and behold my pace had improved 🥳🥳🥳put it down to a different play list. Not sure whether. Run to the hills should be at the beginning of my run🤣🤣🤣
