Well that was brilliant for the first time I actually felt great and jogged 3km !! So onward and upward. Think Iโm fitter than I was 35 years ago when live aid was on.... not hard as Iโve never really been fit. Maybe it isnโt to late.
Time to inform my family Iโm doing this, starting to believe in myself though itโs still tough. The first 10 mins are still a killer I find myself questioning why am I doing this ! I constantly need the motivational talking too. Guess that wonโt change.

Yay. Yes I think you definitely should share the glory and receive the adulation from your family and friend everyone as well as us on this forum who know the effort and determination to get as far as you have.
Funny you should mention the challenge of the first 10 mins. I wrote exactly that on my Strava run notes just now. I definitely think they are the hardest and once Iโve done them am in a bit more of a steady rhythm.
The first 10mins are definitely the hardest for me too. I didnโt tell my family, or anyone actually, that I was doing this till the other week either ๐ฑ
