After Monday's horriblenessessess, I wasn't looking forward to todays w8r2, but girded my loins and went out there and did it, and d'ya know what?? It felt soooooo much better than that Monday run. Yeah, I was getting a bit tired towards the end, and yeah, it's pretty slow going, but I did it and got the high instead of the low, low, very low of last time. So will look forward slightly more to Friday's run, then on to week 9...yikes! x

Week 8 wow! So in awe of you! I'm on W2 cant ever imagine getting to W8! Keep at it, it's not the speed, it's the effort that you put in ghst counts and how it makes you feel!
Oh I'm sure you'll get there, the weeks fly by... and believe me, I would have laid money on it at the beginning that I wouldn't get this far, couldn't run for a bus!! Got to keep going now! Enjoy your 'journey' (be warned it can get a bit hilly sometimes 😏)and let us know how you get on!

We can do this, I'll be running on Friday as well. My calves are feeling tight, but hopefully with another days rest, we'll nail w8!
