Well I redone run 1 and it was fine, then today I done run 2 which was ok but I’ve noticed I run better alone, I found my boyfriend was annoying and kept taking to me lol I couldn’t get zoned in or anything haha but I managed to do it and pushed myself for the last minute!
The last few weeks I have been feeling so up and down but I’m really happy I’ve done it!
I dont Know what’s going on with myself lol 😂

Talking and running don't go down well especially for new runners, I do see a lot of runners, two or three talking away while they run but they are experienced runners who have been running for ages, as you are a new runner just tell your boyfriend not to talk while running, it is very tiring, to say the least.
In January I was offered a free place with a local running group to do the C25k but I couldn't do their time slot. I am so pleased I've done this on my own. I think as a beginner you must go at your own pace and not be trying to keep up with others, which could be very demoralising.
Music is a big thing for me too, it helps with pacing and makes the run more enjoyable. One day I might try a run silent and see how I get on
