Week 7 run 1

EPIC FAIL

Today I was about to start week 7... I went out in the terrible rain...so I’m running round the field and my music goes off in my pocket, take it out and it has paused.. restarted it carried on running after a while it had done it again and I’m thinking I should be halfway by now...

The music stopped again and I wonder how long I’ve done... the app had paused the app 🙈 I was so gutted that I stopped and gave up and walked home..

Then I got to the subway which was wet and I fell

Down the stairs! Deffo giving up today. My daughter made sure I was ok then we laughed together feel like a complete idiot though
