Really enjoying the C25K process especially with the blogs. It's good to see others and what they are achieving and how they are overcoming their challenges. I flew through the programme until this point. 1 day run / 1 day rest. Had to rest for 4 days as calf was sore. Still a bit sore, but it looks like my running style. As I ran last night (Well stumbled in a forward direction), i noticed that changing how my left foot landed made a big difference. Thought 28 mins would be in the bag after running 25 mins x 4 over weeks 6 and 7, but it was hard work. Did it though. Invested in a Garmin too now that I am running a fair distance, although the reality hit as I am not running as far as my phone had been indicating. Oh well... at least I know were I a up to in reality and there's room for improvement. Everyone keep running, smiling and posting!

I’ve just posted about heavy legs in week 8! Well done you for carrying on but take care if you have an injury. That’s interesting about the phone vs Garmin.
