Well it was my final run of the programme and I was determined to do a good run. I did 30 mins and 2s and 4.77 I'm so slightly disappointed at not doing 5k but pleased at my time. So I'll do the run again in Saturday to get the full 5k. Can't believe I ran for 32 mins, considering week 1 I thought it was impossible!!!. So chuffed!!
The app crashed on me three times and I thought it wouldn't save my run, but it did in the end! I promised @Tiny Tears60 a pic of me finishing, so here it is!!! That's me shouting with joy! My other half hid round the hedge and clapped as I finished, which was hilarious!!!

Well done that's amazing - 4.77km in 30 mins! I completed the programme about a month ago and only today managed to run a full 5km and it took me 42 mins. Add a few more minutes next time and you'll hit it.
