When I was giving birth to my daughter (15 years ago) I remember reaching a point in labour when I said to my husband and the midwife “I can’t do this”. Obviously I didn’t have any choice but I remember being told firmly, “You can do it,”. This moment keeps popping into my head when I’m getting tired on the runs. Today I managed 2 x 8 minutes and am really pleased. We can do this.💪💪💪

Interesting that you are comparing some runs with childbirth, I wouldn't know, but of course you will do it like you gave birth to your daughter 15 years ago, congratulations on running 2/8 minute runs, onwards and upwards 🏃🏾 👍
