Could be my best run yet. Great feeling to just run my normal route "the other-way-round" - made me think about what I was doing, but found it really boosted my confidence, and felt stronger. Gonna give it 2 days off, and polish-off W8 on Friday. Actually looking forward to W9. Been reading ahead to the consolidation posts - really interesting, so thinking about what I might want to try to do beyond this.... I like the sound of the 10% rule.
