Go with the flow, that extra 30 seconds may feel like a mountain to climb, but in a few weeks when you're doing 30 minutes, you will genuinely wonder what you ever worried about... if you don't manage it, do as much as you can and try again another day. The app will let you redo runs so don't obsess over it, just keep trying. And there are some great people on here who will tell you similar, I genuinely wish I'd found this forum sooner in my C25K experience!

Just don't worry about it and go with the flow. It will be challenging - every run is, but the programme is well structured and if your body needs to go slower just repeat a run (or a week). I have just finished week 7 and now wonder why I found weeks 1 & 2 so hard - the reason is I was totally unfit. I'm sure in a couple of months when I am actually running 5K - too slow at the moment so it's just over 3k - I will look back and wonder why running for only 25 minutes was so hard!!

Well done Lemony_Holly, ππ»my tip would be, donβt think about anything clear your mind of all thoughts and just run πββοΈ get a good playlist to listen to, something upbeat that gets you moving. Have a look at my Bed to 5k post, thereβs a link on there to a You Tube motivational video I watch when I need that extra push.....Good Luck with week 2 π
