Random question alert....

Does anyone remember an old uk tv advert promoting running, where there was a girl running and as she ran all her “stresses” we’re trying to chase after her but she was out running them? The “stresses” being lots of other people, family, etc. It starts off with just a few and them more and more join in. Think there was even someone in a wedding dress running after her! It perfectly illustrated one of the psychological benefits of running and just popped into my head earlier.

Not sure what era... 80s, 90s ?

Please tell me I didn’t dream it. 😆

I am just waiting a few days before my final w9 r3 run, and do have to say that the biggest difference to my shape that running has made is a reduction in the “pillow up the front” look that some of us ladies in later life get! Thought that might be encouragement to some others out there!

Ah, so glad you remember! 😄 Wasn’t even sure of the decade but it was pretty well done for its era. Didn’t get me running at the time though. 🤷‍♀️🏃‍♀️
