Although I have no idea how I'll manage. Rough night, not enough sleep, a little runny nose and headache (possible small infection as most of people at work are ill), sore muscles after yesterday's pilates and cutting small tree that felt down on the door to my backyard. I wanted to take my dog with me, I'll see how's her mood. If she is not over excited with everything and hyper energetic, then I'll take her. Otherwise, I will be more strugglin with her than running.
Keep your fingers crossed. I'm trying the same trick again: running clothes put neatly on bead ready to jump into them just after work, several reminder alarns on my mobile, and writing here

I have no ther option than believe you Now, I'm putting all my willpower on gearin up and going out after work. I will concentrate on managing to survive the run when I will be out there
Only do what you feel up to, I have gone running before on a headache and there is nothing worse than the post run pounding head I was left with ! However I hope you feel good later and the run goes well. Good luck 🤜🏻 😊
Of course I'm optimistic (for now). Just not to sit after work. Straight to running clothes, walk the dog, change shoes and off I go After that point whatever happen is great as I am out and doing my best.
