Next run in approx 4 hours

Although I have no idea how I'll manage. Rough night, not enough sleep, a little runny nose and headache (possible small infection as most of people at work are ill), sore muscles after yesterday's pilates and cutting small tree that felt down on the door to my backyard. I wanted to take my dog with me, I'll see how's her mood. If she is not over excited with everything and hyper energetic, then I'll take her. Otherwise, I will be more strugglin with her than running.

Keep your fingers crossed. I'm trying the same trick again: running clothes put neatly on bead ready to jump into them just after work, several reminder alarns on my mobile, and writing here ;)

  • I have an idea how you'll manage - you'll storm it. Of course you will. Because you are an awesome runner.

Go IgaT - Take the dog later and concentrate on yourself for the run.

  • Oh thanks :)

I have no ther option than believe you ;) Now, I'm putting all my willpower on gearin up and going out after work. I will concentrate on managing to survive the run when I will be out there ;)

  • Sheps is right, you're halfway there alarms and kit ready. Let us know how you get on

  • With all your support, I'll probably be flying not running ;)

  • Only do what you feel up to, I have gone running before on a headache and there is nothing worse than the post run pounding head I was left with ! However I hope you feel good later and the run goes well. Good luck 🤜🏻 😊

  • It's a run! That's all. One foot in front of the other, and go ...

Enjoy yourself 😃 No hurry, no pressure ✔️🏃‍♀️👍

Sounds like a great way to unwind after work

  • Me too.

  • You will do it... you have done it before... and you know you will feel better because of it! :)

  • Of course :) I'm optimistic (for now). Just not to sit after work. Straight to running clothes, walk the dog, change shoes and off I go ;) After that point whatever happen is great as I am out and doing my best.

  • You were right I smashed it! :D

More info soon in separate post ;)

Thank you all :* Thaks to you I indeed flew, not run :)
