I did it! I remember thing how far week 9 seemed away a month ago! So proud, won't be able to run again until Friday as giving blood tomorrow but need to have a training program to keep motivated, any recommendations for consolidation period?

I have already congratulated you Oukel, after Friday run several 30 minute consolidation runs then you can do the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura, after that if you want to run a 10K try Ju Ju's Magic 10 which is a little like C25K, it gets you running a 10K in about 8 weeks.
