Well...went out for an early bird run at 6.30, I chose to do the same undercliff route that had been pretty good last week. Weather a tad different though today 🤪 A mean 20mph south westerly wind 💨 pushed me 3.5k, and sheer determination and grit dragged me the other way! My it was tough, BUT, I only went at did 7k! 😱
