Hi, just completed W4R2 & found it really tough, W4R1 was much easier! I didn’t stop I just got slower! Hopefully my next run will be better, A bit apprehensive about W5 now! Please tell me it’s not that bad!!!

Well done for not stopping!
I can tell you it's honestly not that bad, if anything it was one of my favourite weeks as it showed all the hard work I had put into the programme had payed off!
I would definitely give you the advice that it is mind over matter from W5 onwards.
You CAN do it, the programme has trained your muscles and stamina for it. If you are struggling, slow down but do not stop as that's the week that will help you build your stamina even more, and you won't stop smiling once you hit that 20 minutes on R3!

If any run is tough, just slow down.........you are in control of how difficult this is.
