Wanting to wait till the weather had cooled a bit we delayed this run till yesterday morning. It was still warm and quite sticky but much cooler than it has been and Iβm pleased to say my mojo was back, it was my best run (jog) to date ππ.
Legs felt good after an initial 5 mins, no gremlins πΉ at all (donβt know if the heat was too much for them π) whatever the reason Iβm grateful. Still at my good steady π pace, with the occasional flash of my inner π’ on a few occasions, which Iβm over the moon with, good to know sheβs not deserted me π. It was my fastest pace and furthest distance π₯³.
Onwards and upwards to the last run of the program now ππΎ

Very smart to delay the run, it was hot yesterday but Thursday was brutal... only an idiot would have ran, say, Thursday lunchtime... and as that idiot, I can say that it was anything but fun!
Enjoy that graduation run... the weather should be very friendly!
Brave and dumb are closely related I think... I used to run late in the evenings when it was hot... but these days Iβm like a caged lion on run days, so Iβm usually unable to resist much past lunch!
Totally awesome. Weathers cooling down so youβll be great when you do it. I totally outdid myself ran further and faster canβt believe Iβve done it !! Go πgo !!
Congratulations on your penultimate run, Reliclullaby! π Your happiness is fairly bouncing off the page! π€ΈββοΈπSuch a joy to read. π Canβt wait you read your victory speech! ππββοΈπ’
