Still surprised at what I CAN do, every time I go out running. I'm not super fast but that is not the real issue, being able to run fairly comfortably for thirty minutes is amazing! Running at about 7km an hour, so I guess 5k would take close to 40 minutes. I am proud and happy about that. Thanks to such an inspirational group x

Great job.. enjoy that graduation run! If 30 is the average parkrunner... 40 is very impressive in a few weeks from where we start this. 30 minutes at any pace kicks in all those health benefits... that’s all I came here for, as with many of us. You get that 5k and then if you like you can have tons of fun bringing your PB down.
I guess we must have a similar pace, thanks so much for your words of support. I will probably increase by a couple of minutes each run after graduation!!
