W6R2 done and I found it (dare I say) totally manageable! The weather here in Sussex was just right too - a gorgeous cool breeze and not too hot. I'm both looking forward to W6R3 and running 25 minutes non stop, and I'm also nervous about it at the same time...
The *BIG* question is... Drum roll... What will the banner say at the end of W6?!!!! (See photo) Haa haa! π π€·ββοΈ π¬ End of W1 was "Flying Start" and end of W4 was "Smashing It". Oooohh I cant wait to find out! π€ π€ π€
Happy weekend everyone π

Well done, Claire. I did mine this morning and the first half was not too bad. I hit a wall around 3-4 minutes in to the second 10 minutes. Luckily I made it through! When are going to do your 25 minutes run? Iβm scheduled in for Monday morning.
π Well done you BeaglesEnd!!!!π I hope you are super proud of yourself and seriously good work for persevering too!!
Monday for me too but I'm a teacher and I'm in at school on Monday morning so for me it will be Monday evening, late evening if it's super hot. I will be keeping an eye out for how you find it! It's so nice to know people who are at really similar stage to me!
Ahhhh thank you my lovely... I cannot wait to see what the banner says haa haa! I just simply cannot believe how easy it's starting to feel - do you get that too? X
Very well done to you! Iβm yet to start W6 but it will be in the next couple of days. Sounds like youβve really found your running feet and nothingβs gonna stop you now! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
