After faffing about for the last few weeks I decided this morning to just to get back on the programme and finish it! So today I went for Week 9 Run 2!
I set off just after a heavy shower and it was a lovely temperature. I got through the toxic 10 and trotted along incredibly slowly but quite happily! I was feeling pretty tired by the time Michael said I’d run for 20 mins and didn’t like the thought I was only 2/3 done, my hip flexors were complaining madly but nevertheless I plodded on. The last 5 mins I had to dig deep but finally he said I only had 60 seconds to go...I made it to the end, very hot very sweaty but very very pleased with myself 😄
