Relieved to be sat on the beach after the penultimate run .... thought I’d share this pic to express that relief 😎

What you can’t see is that the second is snapped the picture, Bertie the whippet strolled over, cocked his leg and expressed his relief all over my water bottle!

Maybe he wasn’t impressed with only covering 3.7 km in 30 mins?
