Well after a disastrous run 1 in 25 degree heat which I hated I went out in the morning and took it much much slower and I completed run 2 this morning! Feel so much better! I thought I was already going quite slow but this morning took it to a new level. I was thinking am I even running - what’s the point but when I look at my garmin I had lots of good red and orange so was doing some good!!

Good luck everyone running today!

You absolutely have to slow it down in the heat - everything saps your energy so much quicker in hot conditions. There is no such thing as too slow - the key is to find some enjoyment and that will keep bringing you back for more. You have all the time in the world to work on speed once you've graduated, no rush 🙂. You're so close now, continuous runs all the way.
