Pretty surprised I managed this!. Be good if there was another app for the weak willed among us who can still blindly follow instruction. I fear I may struggle without Michael Jordan on my shoulder.

Congratulations on graduating!! I completed the program on Monday but still listed to week 9 anyway when I went out this morning. Think I will do that for a bit until I get more comfortable with the 30 mins then switch to my own music.
I'll try that too, I think. Maybe going the same days every week will keep me on board..
Yes I am doing that also... Monday, Wednesday and Fridays are now running days 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
