WK5 run 3

So I completed the dreaded wk5 run 3 last night, have been dreading it since I started C25K (yes I’m one of those who peek ahead at what’s in store!) I thought that I’d never be able to go from 8min to 20min but I actually did it! And it wasn’t too hard either. Feeling very proud of myself (however happy that wk6 run1 is back to shorter runs haha).

Loving this community on here, really keeps me motivated 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done, bet it feels great to have got that run under your belt! It's a real milestone in the programme. Onwards and upwards to Week 6!

Yay you did it! This is a fantastic milestone and your mindset will completely change as you

Approach the latter weeks.

I did W6R1 yesterday and I didn’t enjoy the intervals, it felt long. I am looking forward to W6R3 already xx

Oh really? Did you want to just keep running? I suppose now that you know you can run for the full 20 mins might seem strange to stop! X

I only want to keep running because I want to hit that 5K! When I walk I know it slows me down so might aswell carry on running x

Glad to hear you’re enjoying it and being proud of yourself is I believe, an important aspect of the programme. Like you, I liked to peruse ahead to see it’s structure! Happy running.
