First two 90 seconds were fine but by the third burst my lower back was painful. (I assume creeking under the pressure of carrying the weight at the front!!!?).
Will definitely have to give week 2 another spin that’s for sure.

I gave week 2 another spin as well, so if you feel that's what you need then that's totally what you need to do - don't want to move on to week 3 and give up completely because you feel its too hard!
