Well, on Week 5 now of C25K and still no idea when i will be allowed to work again .

i was thinking i may have to fit the last few weeks in and around work but now not too sure !

it would be nice to graduate before work starts getting in the way haha

Half of me wants to start back but half doesn't πŸ˜†

Lovely though it is to run when we choose, I guess it will be good to find a pattern that fits around your worklife too. It does take a bit more discipline of course but can be a great way to de-stress after a busy day at work! Alternately, there is always the early morning slot - a great way to set yourself up for the day! Good luck!πŸ™‚

I've only recently gone back to work and it is a challenge and you do have to be disciplined in the mornings/evenings - but I find that it's worth it as I run in the morning, so I find it sets up my day a lot better!

i can understand that but i don't relish getting up early haha

i have been enjoying an 8:30 breakfast of porridge then out for a run around 10 ish . 😁

Ahhh yeah I get that don't worry, maybe out of the two you might prefer the evening runs when you are back to work then? I don't love getting up early but I know that I'll be running which I enjoy, so that's what helps me - but every person is different! :)
