Can’t believe Iv completed W7! 👍 as much as I love the sun! And having a mini heatwave! I struggle so much! If it wasn’t for my cap and cooling towel, I’d on floor with heat exhaustion! Going to find W8 a struggle!! But will do my best! 💪

You're so close now! Heat is hard isn't it. Slow down, wear light loose clothing, hydrate well before, during and after, go early or late, stick to the shade - tree lined paths or just the shady side of the street, wetting your hair/clothes can help too. Good luck.
