Run with a purpose Wk9 R2

With two runs to go I was hit with Labrynthitis. Dreadful dizzy spells, can’t lift head up, floored me for four days. I intended to run today but when my alarm went at 6.15 I turned it off and pulled the covers back over. Then I remembered the news I got yesterday. That a friend and ex colleague, probably the fittest, kindest, most positive person I know has a rare incurable cancer. She did Triathlons! What would she give right now to put on her running shoes? So, got out of bed and did it for her. Thought of her all the way around. Bless you Moira. 🌈

As someone who was recently out of running for four weeks with vertigo (BPV) I completely sympathise - that dizziness is awful! Glad you are on the mend. So sorry to hear about your friend - such sad news. You are so right that we must be so grateful for being able to run when we can - what others would give to do the same. Take care.x
