Restarter!

I’ve just finished W1 R1 the second time round. I completed W8 during the week before the lockdown and have been doing Joe Wicks pretty solidly since then but have lost my confidence with running (which I loved!).

No specific reason for posting this other than to make a renewed commitment to the program.

Feel great to have completed the first run again!

Welcome back to the forum and well done on

getting restarted

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.

What a relief to see this. I am pretty much in the same boat. Got to W6 R2 then got a bug which laid me out for over 2 weeks. Wasn't sure where to start again. Actually enjoying it now which I didn't really first time round.Good Luck!
