Hi there all. After developing a great running habit (3x per week) which I was very much enjoying, I managed to fracture my knee in April, was in a knee immobiliser till mid-June, then a stick and finally today, I re-started C25K. I really enjoyed it! We'll see how it goes xx

So glad you’re back! Really unlucky to fracture your knee. Before you know it, you’ll be telling us you’ve graduated again. Really good luck!

Well done for getting back so soon. Look forward to more reports as you progress. Take it gently on your recently damaged knee as it must still be healing and strengthening, give it the warm ups /stretches/rests it must need along the way.
