Never in a million years did I ever think I would be saying it but......mission completed! I have successfully completed the couch to 5k in nine weeks and have done the 5k a couple of times since then but only on the threadmill. Hope that counts!

Well done.

Not only does doing 5k on the treadmill count, it counts more as dedication above and beyond the call of duty!

Really well done to you. It's a great thing being able to run continuously for 30 minutes, regardless of where you run it. Get your badge here and wear it with pride.
